Solar Turbines required a total renovation of their Kearny Mesa Cafeteria, and completed in a very short time frame. The 5,200 sf cafeteria serves 600-800 meals a day. It required extensive upgrades to its dated cafeteria and kitchen. The cafeteria was redesigned to add excitement to the existing spaces for the benefit of its employees. In a very rapid turnaround, the design, construction documents, City Review, and construction all occurred within in a four month period.
